Product descriptions:

We try to describe our products as accurate as possible. We can't however guarantee that all our descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable or without mistakes. If a bought product doesn't fullfil the descriptions, (and we agree that it doesn't fullfil the descriptions), your only option is to send it back, within ten days, in an unopened and/or unused state. We will refund your money including shipping.

Returns:

Customisations (products that have been customized to fit the client), or commissions (work that is exclusively made for the client), cannot be returned.
Other returns might be refunded (excluding shipping costs), provided that the products will be returned within ten business days; without damaged, in the original unopened package and with a copy of  the invoice. Returns cannot be accepted two weeks after delivery.

For returns you need to contact Dream of Dice in advance.

When products are out of stock:

We try to keep our products in stock as much as possible, but nevertheless it can occur that a product is temporarily unavailable. A possibility is that we send your order in different stadia, unless the client decides differently. If a product is permanently out of stock, the money of this product will be refunded to the client.

Claims for damage and loss of send packages:

All items that have been bought from www.DreamofDice.nl are part of the so called 'shipment agreement'. Our responsibility for the goods ends when they are deliverd to the postal service. All goods that are being shipped through UPS are completely insured according to the value of the parcel. In any case your parcel is damaged or lost, you need to contact us. That way we can assist you in the process of such claim.

Our Privacy Pledge:

It is our policy to respect your internet privacy. If you indicate that you don't wish to receive order confirmations and product updates, we will not email these to you. Dream of Dice does not sell its customer lists to other merchants, publications, list brokers or other marketing organizations.

Email communications:

When visiting Dream of Dice.nl or sending e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically.
